Challenge

This week, pupils are encouraged to notice and demonstrate honesty in their actions and interactions across the school.

Classes should promote a focus on telling the truth, taking responsibility, and recognising honest behaviour in others.

Pupils may do this by: • Telling the truth, even in small situations • Owning up when they make a mistake • Being honest in their work and actions • Avoiding excuses or blaming others

Teachers may support this by recognising and reinforcing honest choices as they happen throughout the week.

This can be revisited in class or in the next assembly to reflect on how honesty was shown and how it helped build trust across the school.
