Now it’s your turn to reflect on what you bring to a team.

We’re going to build something just as important as a LEGO duck today, a Teamwork Treasure Chest.

And inside this chest, we’re collecting the skills that help teams work well together For example:

• Listening Ears – So everyone feels heard
• Kind Words – Even when we don’t agree
• Helping Hands – For sharing, lifting and supporting
• Flexible Brains – Ready to adapt and grow
• Brave Hearts – To speak up when something’s not working

Now turn and talk to someone near you:

• Which one do you bring to a team already?
• Which one do you want to get better at?
• And… can you think of something else we should add to the treasure chest?

Take a couple of minutes to chat. Then, if there’s time, your teacher might invite a few of you to share your ideas.
