Now it’s your turn to stretch those brilliant, bendy brains.
We’re going to play a game called Invent-a-Thing — and it’s all about creativity, curiosity, and a little bit of chaos.
Here’s what happens:
In your groups, you’ll be given three random words. They might sound a bit odd together, something like banana, skateboard, robot.
Your challenge is to come up with an invention that includes all three. You’ve got just 30 seconds to imagine it, no overthinking, just big, bold ideas.
When time’s up, one or two people groups can share their invention with the room — like wild inventors or excited scientists.
Go big. Go weird. Go wonderful.
For example The Banana-Board 9000!
It’s a self-driving skateboard powered by banana energy Pop a banana into the robot’s fuel hatch, and off it zooms
The goal isn’t perfection — it’s imagination.
Ready to invent the next big thing?
Your teacher will tell you the three words now…go on…be creative!
