Now it’s your turn to have a go at Move If It’s True.
Here’s how to play:
- Everyone stays in their space.
- A teacher or pupils will make a statement.
- If pupils think the statement is true, they raise both hands in the air.
- If they think it’s not true, they stay seated and cross their arms.
(You can stick with those actions — or let your class come up with their own versions!)
Here are a few more example statements to keep the game going, although we think you will be able to come up with your own!
– Spiders have eight legs. – Dinosaurs and humans lived at the same time. – The moon makes its own light. – Water boils at 100 degrees Celsius.
