Everyone has rights.
These are the things that should happen so everyone feels included, supported, and able to learn and succeed.
You have the right to be treated fairly. (Article 2)
You have the right to develop your abilities and reach your full potential. (Article 29)
And equity helps make those rights real.
Because fairness is not always about giving everyone the same thing.
Sometimes fairness means understanding that people need different kinds of support to do their best.
When people recognise that, support each other, and respond to different needs positively, they help create a school where everyone has the chance to succeed.
