Everyone has rights.

These are the things that should happen so everyone feels safe, treated fairly, and able to learn and grow.

You have the right to be treated fairly. (Article 2)

You have the right to feel safe and cared for. (Article 19)

You have the right to learn and develop your abilities. (Article 29)

And respect helps make those rights real.

Because when people listen to each other, include others, and treat each other properly, they help create a place where everyone feels safe, valued, and able to take part.

Respect is not just about rules.

It is what helps build a school where everyone can learn, feel included, and be themselves.
