Now it’s time to think about your own Support Village and the people you can turn to when you need help.
Draw a house in the centre of a piece of paper. This house represents you.
Around it, add places that represent the different people in your support network. For example:
A home for family
A school for teachers and other school staff
A playground for friends
A sports field or club for coaches and leaders
Another place for people in your community
Add the names of the people who are part of your Support Village.
Remember, different people can help us in different ways. Some might offer practical support, some might offer emotional support, and some might offer both.
When you’re finished, take a look at your village and think about all the different people you could turn to if you needed help.
