Think about all the teachers you had as a child, try and remember as many names and faces a you can. Some you’ll remember instantly and there might be a few that require you to rack your brains!
There will be two types you remember immediately; there’s your Mary Poppinses and there’s your Mr Bankses. Let’s just focus on the Poppins side of things.
Write down the name of your Mary Poppins. That one teacher who just got you. The one who truly saw you. The one that even now, makes you smile when you think of them.
Next, write down all his/her main qualities that made him/her so special. All of them!
Then, circle the one quality they had that you want to work harder at and improve in your own role.
Lastly, write down 3 things you’re going to do to make this happen.
