Can we have someone from the class who can be Horrace Pierre the Rock’n’Roll Donkey. (One volunteer pupil sits in front of class on a chair)
Now can anyone please put their hand up and tell me what YOU would like to say to Horrace Pierre to try and make him feel a little bit better?
Pupils raise hands and when chosen by the teacher give advice directly to Horrace Pierre and the teacher/leader checks how that is making Horrace Pierre feel.
Teacher Tip: So that the whole class gets a chance to give their advice, after some individuals have done it, ask the whole class to whisper their advice to Horrace Pierre at the same time.
