Okay, we’ve got 2 parts to this task for you. Let’s start with Part 1:
Answer the following set of riddles one by one.
What is an ancient invention people use today to see through walls?
What five letter word becomes shorter when you add two letters to it?
What word is always spelt incorrectly?
What is the missing letter in this sequence: J F M A M J __ A S O N D?
What runs around the whole garden without moving?
Once you’ve attempted those, let’s move on to Part 2:
We want you to think about how you approached the riddles above.
We reckon that as soon as you saw the word ‘riddles’ your brain started telling you a story. That story might’ve been something like “I love riddles, let’s see if I can get these”. Or maybe it was more like “I’m rubbish at riddles, these will be difficult”.
Perhaps you found some of them easy, perhaps others not so much. But we’re not too concerned about your answers.
We’re really trying to assess your approach to these puzzles. So have a think, how would you rate your levels of optimism towards that above task?
