Here at TOK, we think that discovering exciting new hobbies and interests is a huge part of what makes life fun – it keeps things fresh and adds a sense of adventure. We love to look back on interests that we’ve had in the past, whilst also wondering what sort of new things we’ll be try in the future.

Pick a favourite hobby of yours.

It can be a current favourite or one that you were really into a few months ago.

Now cast your mind back and write a couple of paragraphs about the moment you fell in love with it. Explain the moment. What started it? How did it make you feel? What was it that lit that fire in your belly? This can be anything!

If you need to pick more than one passion, that’s absolutely fine – the more, the better!
