Can you help me please?
You could set this game up at group tables, with one group at a time of pupils at the front of your class, or all on their feet at once if you had a hall/open space to work in.
Once a pupil has found the appropriate helper – you can encourage them to continue acting out the scene of what happens next. So for example, once the pupil asking for help with their ferret finds the vet, the vet can begin to examine the imaginary ferret and give a diagnosis or the doctor could give advice about how to walk so as not to have such a sore toe!
