Change occurs throughout our life. Sometimes these changes are quite small things, like your mum gets a new breakfast cereal. And sometimes they can be much larger like moving to a new school or a new job.
Whilst many changes are exciting and give us a real sense of adventure, they can still often aspects that aren’t so pleasant. For Andrew, although moving job was really exciting, leaving his friends was tough.
Sometimes changes are not exciting, and sometimes change can be unexpected and unpleasant.
This means that every change affects us in different ways, and for a different length of time.
