It’s important not to pick a favourite. Both Mr/Mrs Do and Mr/Mrs Think have a part to play. The real skill isn’t turning yourself into 100% Think or 100% Do.
The real skill lies in training both to know when it’s their turn to speak.
Much like becoming a good learner or becoming a good team player, learning how to control these two voices is a skill. And like any skill we need to practice…
